They had the most pleasant attitudes and went out of their way to give me great service. You can tell that they’re just good honest caring people that actually care about their customers. We had already contacted a few moving companies who refused the job when I sent them the details, but Bob from Glaser & Sons was willing to come out to the house to see everything in person. He was able to answer all of my questions and I could tell he had a lot of experience. He even pointed out small details like how they would plan to protect the fragile stairs. The office administrator, Nichole, was very friendly and responded to my emails quickly. The moving team did a fantastic job protecting our floors and stairs.
